You talk to ShopHPG. We deal with the editor, deadlines, revisions and anything that slows production down. You do not need to chase people, repeat the same feedback in different places or solve problems that should stay on our side.
Reviewed before delivery
The first version you see should already be worth reviewing. We check the edit against your account direction, catch obvious issues and send notes back when something is off. Your time is for useful feedback, not basic quality control.

We learn the account
Before editing starts, we learn the content. We look at your long form, your audience, what already feels right and what you do not want repeated. We turn that into clear direction the editor can actually use, then sharpen it through your feedback.
We assign your editor
We choose an editor whose strengths fit the account and brief them on the direction. Whenever possible, that editor stays with your content. The longer they work on it, the less time you should need to spend explaining the same preferences again.
We manage production
We go through the source material, find the strongest moments and manage each edit from start to finish. We handle the editor, questions, deadlines and internal review. If something goes wrong during production, it comes to us first.
You review and approve
When the edit is ready, you see it before anyone else does. Send your feedback to ShopHPG and we take it back through the process. We oversee the changes, return the new version and wait for your approval before anything is published.
We prepare and publish
Once you approve the edit, we prepare the caption and posting details for the selected platforms. We publish it on the schedule agreed with you, then move the next piece forward so the account keeps running without you managing every handoff.
